At Taco Bell I supported the System Training department’s training tools, resource guides and job aids. My knowledge and experience in rapid development of these tools partnered with my expertise in many technology platforms created a demand to use me in a variety of projects for intact and cross-functional teams. I was able to synthesize the needs of others, create high-impact materials with minimal applications (Microsoft Office 2007, Visio 2007, and SnagIt) and expand the team’s knowledge in both technology and application usage. I was often sought after to create client presentations, troubleshoot document errors and serve as back-up desktop publisher to the other training liaisons in the organization. Furthermore, my knowledge in HTML allowed me to post content to the Internet quickly and efficiently–without error.
My last two years at Taco Bell (via the Creative Group) were filled with LCMS (Learning Content Management Systems). Primarily VTN’s Olé, and Evolution’s OutStart.
